Food Journal 6-28-13

Breakfast-  McDonald's egg mcmuffin.. replaced muffin with double bread..     

Lunch- Double Quarter pounder without cheese, replaced bun with double fiber bread.

Supper-  6 inch double turkey sub with gutted bread.. All veggies with spicy mustard. 

Snack- 1/2 cup sweet freedom strawberry ice cream.

90oz water consumed
