Lunch-Turkey Sandwich on DF Bread with pickels and spicy mustard, 2 cucumbers, banana.
Snack: 5 wheat crackers
Supper: 3oz skinless boneless pork chop grilled, 1 piece of fat free cheese with sautéed mushrooms.
1/2 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of corn
90oz of water consumed

Lunch- 3oz skinless boneless pork chop grilled with one slice of ff cheese, 1/2 cup raw broccoli with Walden Farms chipotole ranch, banana
Snack- 5 Wheat Crackers/String Cheese
Supper- 2 Beef Burritos with salsa, lettuce, onions and peppers coke zero
